At our Cherry Creek clinic, we were using a different on-line scheduler for patient bookings. Our nurture campaigns were performing exceptionally well:
By industry standards, those metrics showed strong engagement. Yet despite high interest, few patients who clicked our scheduling link actually completed their booking.
