Our pre-arrival digital forms and patient intake system lets your patients AND staff spend less time on scheduling and registration.

We will create electronic versions of all of your forms and docs. If you don't have forms, you can use our pre-made templates.

Patients confidentially and efficiently answer questions about their clinical history and health risks, at their own pace and from anywhere they choose (home, work, their car, etc), instead of rushing through forms in your office or slowing down the patient queue.

Patients are sent confirmation of appointment scheduling and are sent reminders as the date draws near.
Patients that have opted in to waiting list alerts can be messaged that an earlier appointment by type is available if another patient cancels. They can even schedule themselves with Lobbie’s self-scheduling turned on.
